Mini-Motorways by Dinosaur Polo here
A couple of weeks ago on Discord I noticed one of my friends playing “Mini Motorways”, of course with my curiosity I had to ask how they liked the game and looked it up. Since then it’s been my game of choice even above Wordscapes and Block Puzzle (see your fav App Store)!
Between my love colors, mazes, racing, and imagination of designs I find the game able to take my mind off of other things, challenges me at times, and yet something that doesn’t raise my frustration level. It’s been fun, though as I pointed out to my husband after playing it for two hours straight one night “This is why I stopped playing years ago.” He pointed out it’s not wasting time. Especially given my interest in actually making games someday!
Likewise, how many times do I tell him that it’s good he has something he can do to help him relax or take his mind off of things? The interesting tales we tell ourselves to prevent us from the guilt of relaxation.
